The extension uploads invoices, credit memos, prepayments, delivery notes, and rejected documents directly from Document Capture to M‑Files, always with the correct metadata and assigned to the right M‑Files class. When documents are registered, rejected, or processed, the system automatically stores them in M‑Files and links them to the corresponding Business Central records.

Additional features boost process efficiency: automatic approval assignment via vendor mapping, synchronized supporting documents, email receipt date transfer into Business Central, retroactive archiving via background jobs, automatic linking between purchase orders and invoices, and intelligent delivery note processing based on detected order numbers.
